PharmaRosa® guarantees – overview
We offer an establishment and variety identity guarantee for the plants we grow and sell.
We guarantee to our customers that we send a true‑to‑variety, viable rose. With professional planting and aftercare, the plant will grow optimally.
The potted rose has a root system that ensures good establishment. Planting is possible at any frost‑free time of the year. Planting must be carried out with due care.

PharmaRosa® guarantees and options
It is especially important for PharmaRosa® that You are satisfied with Your purchase. Below we summarise what guarantees and options we provide for roses bought from our online shop.
Establishment guarantee
We offer a 1‑month establishment guarantee for our products. If the rose does not sprout or dies despite professional planting and care, You can use Your guarantee as follows:
How to submit a guarantee claim
- Keep the invoice and take photos of the plants when You receive them.
- Plant the roses as soon as possible, into open ground or into a pot of at least 20 litres.
- Take a photo of each planted rose bush individually.
- If the plant dies, please send us by e‑mail:
- the variety name,
- the number of plant(s),
- the invoice number,
- photos of the planted and of the dead plants.
Would You like Your guarantee claim to reach us quickly, completely and clearly identifiable?
We will create a short, ready‑to‑fill guarantee‑claim e‑mail with Your details, so that all information needed for the refund is definitely included and no time is lost with missing data.
- Putting together a guarantee‑claim e‑mail with all required data and a clear structure.
- Clarifying the photo list: condition on receipt, planted bush, dead bush, label/tag.
- Support for unique identification in case of several bushes (variety–quantity–photo pairing).
- Providing bank account details and order data in a standard way for fast processing.
- Requesting all data needed for a refund in an organised way (if necessary).
- Traceable communication after receipt: clear subject line and case type indication.

We will refund the price of the product.
The establishment guarantee is not valid in the following cases:
- if the plant dies due to drought, frost or improper care,
- if the requested photos are not available,
- if climbing or rambler roses are grown in pots.
Variety identity guarantee
We offer a variety identity guarantee for every rose we sell. If at first flowering it becomes clear that the plant is not the ordered variety, You can choose from the following options:
- refund of the price of the incorrect variety,
- free replacement with the correct variety.
Please send Your complaint to our customer service by e‑mail after flowering, supported with a photo.
If the complaint is submitted more than 6 months after receipt, please attach:
- the invoice for the purchase,
- a photo of the plants as received,
- the variety identification label.
Do You want to be absolutely clear about the establishment and variety identity guarantees?
We give short, practical answers about the guarantee conditions and the most common questions about planting own‑root, potted roses, so that Your decisions and care steps are based on solid foundations.
- Understanding the establishment guarantee: what it covers, when it is valid and what counts as professional planting.
- Variety identity guarantee: when it can be confirmed with certainty (first flowering) and in which cases replacement or refund can be requested.
- Specifics of own‑root, potted roses: root system, regeneration, growth rate after planting.
- Planting times and conditions: frost‑free periods, choice of location, the role of soil and watering in establishment.
- Exclusions and typical mistakes: drought, frost, improper care, limitations of growing in pots.
- What to watch for until flowering: label, identification, observing the plant and avoiding misidentification.
