Dispatch condition, stock availability and guarantees – PharmaRosa®

What do dispatch condition and stock status mean?

The appearance of the rose at the time of delivery depends on the season and the weather – this is natural. Here we show You where to find the “dispatch condition” section on the variety page for the given month, why the plant may look different from the photo, what the basket icon indicates about availability, and how all this is connected to our establishment and varietal identity guarantee.

What would You like to clarify: condition, stock or guarantee?

Dispatch condition, stock and guarantee – PharmaRosa®

The summary below helps You understand in what current stage of development the roses ordered from our online shop may arrive, where You can find the most accurate information about this, and what guarantees make Your purchase safe.

Expected condition of the rose bush on delivery

The rose is a living plant, so its current appearance and stage of development at the time of delivery may naturally vary depending on the season, the weather and the cultivation methods we use.

Where can You find the current condition?

On the product page of each rose variety we indicate what condition the plants are expected to be in this month. Please open the chosen variety, then scroll down the page to the “Dispatch condition / current appearance” section, where You will find a photo and short description for the given month.

What does the photo on the product page show?

The photo shows the average appearance typical of the given month (for example pre-bud-break stage, fresh shoot growth, leafed-out plant, tidy condition after pruning). This information is useful because the rose changes continuously throughout the year.

Why might the plant You receive look different from the photo?

  • Weather variations: temperature and rainfall significantly affect shoot growth and foliage.
  • Cultivation specifics: the way the stock is managed (for example the timing of pruning) can influence the external appearance.
  • Natural individual differences: the development of individual plants may differ even under identical conditions.

Purchase security: our products come with a 1‑month establishment guarantee, and we provide a varietal identity guarantee for every rose we sell. This means You can rely on solid guarantees even if the plant You receive naturally looks different from the one in the photo.

PharmaRosa® guarantees and options

Your satisfaction with Your purchase is especially important to us. Below we briefly summarise the guarantees and options that support the roses You buy in our online shop.

Establishment guarantee

Our products come with a 1‑month establishment guarantee. If, despite proper planting and care, the rose does not sprout or dies, we will provide a solution based on our guarantee assessment.

The establishment guarantee does not apply in the following cases:

  • death caused by drought, frost or improper care,
  • if the required photos are not available,
  • for climber and rambler roses grown in containers on a permanent basis.

Varietal identity guarantee

We provide a varietal identity guarantee for every rose we sell. If, during the first flowering, it becomes clear that the plant is not the ordered variety, You can choose from the following options:

  • a refund of the price of the incorrect variety,
  • free replacement with the correct variety.

If You contact us more than 6 months after receipt, we may request the following to identify the variety accurately:

  • the invoice for the purchase,
  • a photo of the plant(s) received,
  • the varietal label.

Variety availability and stock

Availability indicator

On the website, the appearance of the basket icon indicates that a variety can be ordered. Otherwise, the plants are still being grown and have not yet reached a marketable stage of development.

Why does the availability of varieties change?

Varieties become available at different times and in different quantities. The reason is that the growing cycle and rate of development of roses differs by variety, so we cannot give an exact advance date for every variety for when it will reach a saleable condition.

Stock updates

We update our stock daily; current availability always reflects the status of that day.

Not sure whether the condition of the rose You receive is “as it should be” and what to expect in terms of guarantees?

We give short, practical answers to help You interpret dispatch conditions, stock indicators and the logic of the establishment/varietal identity guarantees, so You can decide and plant with confidence.

  • Interpreting dispatch conditions: what the month‑specific “current appearance” means and what counts as a natural variation
  • Reading the product page: where to find the “Dispatch condition / current appearance” section and how to use it when deciding
  • What affects appearance: weather, timing of pruning/management, individual plant differences
  • How the establishment guarantee works in practice: what the 1‑month period covers and under what care conditions it applies
  • Varietal identity guarantee: why the first flowering is the decision point, and when replacement or refund is considered
  • Stock and availability: what the basket icon indicates, why availability changes by variety, how stock is updated
