Roses are available for order while stocks last. Availability of specific varieties can be checked on our website. Shipping costs are indicative and calculated based on the quantity and weight of the package, which also includes the invoice for the purchase.
The ordered roses are delivered to your home by GLS courier service. Identification of the package requires your tracking number, which will be sent to you via email upon request after dispatch.
Delivery takes place on working days between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

All complaints must be submitted in writing. In the case of a valid complaint, we will replace the product free of charge, but the shipping cost must be covered by the customer!
