Hansaland – park shrub rose, ARS exhibition name Hansaland. Registered as KORhassi, a shrub rose in the Park – shrub rose commercial group, suited to landscape and hedge use in gardens and green spaces.
Origin and breeding
Rosa rugosa hybrid bred in 1993 by Wilhelm Kordes III, W. Kordes’ Söhne, Germany. Registered in 2006 and introduced after 2006 via Kordes, combining rugged hardiness with ornamental park-rose character.
