Origin and breeding
Bred by Hans Jürgen Evers at Rosen Tantau, Germany. Introduced and registered in 1986, with breeding work completed that same year. Distributed initially by Rosen Tantau.
Growth and structure
Upright bush reaching about 70–95 cm in height with a 50–70 cm spread. Moderately dense, glossy mid-green foliage and moderate thorniness. Forms a tidy, manageable shrub in average family gardens.
Flower morphology
Semi-double hybrid tea flowers with roughly 13–25 petals. Large blooms, typically 2.75–3.95 inches across, borne mostly solitarily on stems. Goblet to chalice-shaped form, suitable for both garden display and cutting.
