Origin and breeding
Bred and introduced by NIRP International S.A. in France; parentage unknown. First introduced and ICRA registered in 2006, later receiving New Zealand plant patent protection in 2017.
Growth and structure
Compact, bushy, clump-forming habit reaching about 35–45 cm in both height and spread. Medium-dense, glossy dark green foliage; moderately thorny stems that suit edging, pots and small beds.
Flower morphology
Semi-double, cup-shaped blooms with 13–25 petals, borne mainly in clusters. Small flower size (0.5–1.5 in) but carried abundantly; remontant with a notably generous second flush in season.
