Bred by Thomas F. Carruth in the United States, 2004. Complex parentage including Sweet Chariot, Blue Nile, Stephens’ Big Purple and others. Introduced after 2006 by Weeks Wholesale Rose Grower Inc.

Growth and structure
Compact shrub reaching about 80–110 cm in height and 50–70 cm spread. Dense, slightly glossy green foliage with sparse prickles. Suited to beds, edging, low hedges and containers in average-sized gardens.
