Bred by Louis Laperrière at Roseraie Laperrière, France; breeding and introduction year 1989. Parentage is unknown; selected as a robust, free-flowering hybrid tea with attractive bicolour flowers for garden and exhibition use.

Bushy, erect hybrid tea shrub, typically 60–85 cm high and 65–95 cm wide. Moderately dense, matt dark green foliage with moderate prickliness. Forms a well-shaped small bush suitable for beds, short rows and feature planting.
