Origin and breeding
Bred by Alain Meilland in France in 2008 from ‘Heritage’ × (‘The Fairy’ × ‘Iceberg’); introduced after 2013, with US registration PP 23 579 through Meilland International and partners.
Growth and structure
Low, spreading groundcover shrub 30–55 cm high and 55–90 cm wide; dense, mid-green glossy foliage and moderately thorny stems, forming a compact, carpeting bush over time.
Flower morphology
Small, double cup-shaped blooms with 26–39 petals, borne in clusters; repeat-flowering with generous second flushes, giving a fine-textured effect ideal for edging and groundcover use.
