Origin and breeding
Bred by Christopher Hugh Warner, Warner’s Roses Ltd., Shropshire, United Kingdom. Parentage unknown. Introduced and registered in 2012, bred in the United Kingdom the same year.
Growth and structure
Climbing growth habit reaching about 200–350 cm in height with a 150–260 cm spread. Forms dense, glossy dark green foliage on moderately thorny canes, suitable for training on supports and structures.
Flower morphology
Very double, flat miniature blooms with more than 40 petals. Small flower size, around 0,5–1,5 inches, produced in clustered inflorescences. Remontant, with a generous second flush after the main flowering period.
Colour and phenology
Bright fire-red flowers with a softer whitish centre. Buds deep crimson, opening to pure fire-red, then fading to raspberry red. Colour retention is good, with flowering repeated in waves over the season.
