Bred by Colin Peter Horner in the United Kingdom from a ‘Golden Celebration’ seedling. Introduced and registered in 2009, with initial distribution by Peter Beales Roses, reflecting classic British shrub-rose breeding.

Bushy shrub 100–140 cm tall, 80–110 cm wide, with moderately thorned shoots. Dense, slightly glossy, dark green foliage provides good leaf coverage and a tidy outline, suitable for hedging, borders and specimen use.
