Origin and breeding
Bred by Tim-Hermann Kordes, W. Kordes’ Söhne, Germany, from ‘KORgosumu’ × unnamed seedling. Breeding completed in 2000, registered 2010, introduced after 2010 by W. Kordes’ Söhne.

ADR award 2009. RNRS Trial Ground Certificate (UK, 2009). Silver medals in Rome (2009) and Kortrijk/Courtrai (2011). Seventh prize, floribunda category, Baden bei Wien 2010. Certificate of commendation Hradec Králové.
Growth and structure
Bushy, compact floribunda with dense, glossy dark green foliage and moderate prickles. Height about 60–85 cm, spread 50–70 cm, forming a rounded, low shrub suitable for beds, edging and groups.
Flower morphology
Medium-sized, 1.5–2.75 inch blooms in clusters, very double with over 40 petals. Cupped form, good self-cleaning so most spent blooms drop naturally. Remontant with abundant second flowering flush.
Colour and phenology
Bright lemon-yellow with a slightly deeper yellow centre. Buds pale yellow with greenish tips, fresh flowers vivid, later fading to pale yellow and almost white edges. Colour lightens in strong sun, remains richer in cool weather.
Fragrance and aroma
Medium-strength, clearly noticeable fragrance with a pleasantly sweet character. Scent is appreciable at close range in beds and along paths, adding sensory interest without being overpowering.
Rose hip characteristics
Produces moderate numbers of small, spherical red hips, around 6–10 mm in diameter, which add a discreet seasonal accent in late season without dominating the plant’s appearance.
Resistance and hardiness
Hardy to approximately −26 to −23 °C (RHS H7, Swedish zone 4, USDA 5b). Medium resistance to powdery mildew, black spot and rust; responds well to basic preventive care in average gardens.

Best in sunny positions with reasonably drained soil. Medium maintenance: regular watering in drought, feeding and occasional disease control. Recommended spacing 35–65 cm depending on use, planting 5.7–6.5 plants/m² for mass beds.
