TRESOR DU JARDIN – cream-pink hybrid tea rose - Adam
Bring a touch of French romance to your front garden with TRESOR DU JARDIN, a compact hybrid tea rose that gives You refined, exhibition-style blooms without needing specialist skills. Its large, cupped flowers in a cream-to-pastel-pink palette look luxurious in small Irish gardens, while an intense, fruity fragrance makes every walk past the front door feel special. This own-root rose settles in reliably even in our wetter, cooler conditions and copes well where humidity and mild fungal pressure are part of everyday gardening. The bush stays neat and upright, ideal for narrow borders, low hedges or a single specimen by a path, and the long, straight stems are perfect for cut flowers for the house. Over time, the own-root habit supports a long-lived, regenerating bush that keeps its ornamental value for many years. In a 40–50 litre container on a doorstep or balcony it becomes a real feature, while in a small group of three it creates a classic, romantic display that feels like a true “treasure of the garden”. As with all roses, allow it time to settle – roots in year one, strong shoots in year two, then full ornamental value by year three.
Dense, glossy dark green foliage of Tresor du Jardin.

Target area
Reason
Front garden specimen near the entrance
The compact, upright habit and luxurious, exhibition-style blooms give a smart, welcoming look without taking up too much space, ideal beside a path or doorway where You can enjoy the detail of each flower and breathe in the scent, especially for homeowners
Small group in a mixed flower bed
Planting three to five bushes in a loose triangle gives a coherent, romantic focal point; the consistent cream-pink colour ties together perennials and shrubs, while own-root plants gradually form balanced, long-lived clumps that suit relaxed cottage-style beds for beginners
Cutting corner for home bouquets
The long, straight stems and very double, cupped flowers are ideal for cutting; You can harvest armfuls of strongly scented roses through the season, combining them with simple foliage for vases that feel like florist-quality arrangements prepared by and for enthusiasts
Sunny patio or balcony in a large container
In a 40–50 litre pot, this variety forms a tidy, vertical accent with showy blooms at eye level; the strong fragrance and elegant colouring transform compact outdoor sitting areas into intimate, perfumed spaces that feel special for evening relaxation for city-dwellers
Low rose hedge along a path or drive
Regular spacing creates a formal edging line, with repeated flushes of cream-pink flowers softening paving or gravel; the uniform height and neat structure give a sense of order and design, even in modest front gardens, appreciated by design-conscious gardeners
Pairing with lavender and herbs in a sunny border
The refined blooms contrast beautifully with the airy texture of lavender, rosemary or catmint; the shared love of sun and good drainage makes care more straightforward, while scented foliage and flowers together create a rich sensory experience for families
Cottage-style mixed border with perennials
Combine this rose with asters, salvias and airy grasses for a soft, rural look; the classic hybrid tea flowers rise above the planting, adding structure and romance while own-root plants mature steadily, giving a dependable backbone over many years for cottage-gardeners
Coastal or exposed urban front garden bed
In open, breezy sites, the sturdy, upright build and good heat tolerance help the plant cope when summer winds dry the soil, provided You give some shelter and thoughtful watering where the Atlantic air often brings moisture and salt-laden breezes for coast-dwellers
Decorating ideas
Doorstep Welcome – Grow a single rose in a 40–50 litre terracotta pot with trailing ivy at the base to frame the doorway – ideal for urban homeowners wanting a smart, fragrant entrance.
Cottage Trio – Plant three bushes in a triangle, underplant with white alyssum and pink dwarf asters for a soft, cottage look – perfect for those who like romantic yet tidy beds.
Herb Border Accent – Place this rose between clumps of lavender and rosemary to create a scented strip along a path – great for families who enjoy brushing past fragrance on the school run.
Cutting-Table Corner – Dedicate a sunny border end to this variety with tall grasses behind, keeping stems easy to harvest for vases – suited to beginners who love bringing flowers indoors.
Coastal Calm – Combine with hardy grasses and sea thrift in a raised bed to soften driveways in breezy sites – a good choice for coastal cottage owners wanting elegance with resilience.

Fragrance and aroma
Strong, clearly perceptible scent with a fruity character typical of fine hybrid teas. Designed as a fragrance rose, making it very suitable for positioning near seating areas, entrances, or cutting for scented indoor displays.
Rose hip characteristics
Forms moderately abundant, ovoid rose hips around 12–18 mm long, coloured orange-red. Adds a discreet seasonal accent in late season if not all faded flowers are removed, complementing the dark green foliage.
Resistance and hardiness
Hardy to approximately −21 to −18 °C (USDA 6b, RHS H7, Swedish zone 3). Very susceptible to powdery mildew, black spot and rust, so benefits from preventive spraying and good air circulation. Tolerates heat with regular watering.
Horticultural recommendations
Best in full sun with fertile, well-drained soil. Space 45–55 cm in hedges or beds, 90 cm as specimen. For containers, use at least 40–50 litres. Requires regular pest and disease control and seasonal feeding for best performance.

Information about the videos
The video series is not a “seasonal showcase”, but makes the essence of pharmaROSA® own-root production tangible: how the plant is built, what the root system is like and how the shoots renew themselves. The footage was therefore taken at different times, showing plants at different stages of development, so mixed leaf coverage or differing growth stages may appear in the videos. This is not a “sample” of the batch delivered, but an illustration of how the technology works. The current condition of the rose available to order — typical of the given period and similar to what you can expect to receive in the parcel — is shown at the top of the product page.
